This web site is dedicated to THE STANHOPE PRESS
which became STAPLES PRINTERS ROCHESTER
It contains a ‘ROLL OF HONOUR’ in which, we will try to list as many names of those that worked there as we can. We hope that family and friends will contribute to us, names and if possible the department the person spent most of their time in. The site also contains any photos and other material that gets supplied to us that we think is suitable and interesting. From “Old man Hudson” of Stanhope Press, to Staples of Love Lane with A.E.Bacon and Staples Printers as part of MARTINS PRINTING GROUP on the Medway City Estate, names will be included. Many colourful characters passed through in their working lives and we would like them to be REMEMBERED HERE! If you would like to contribute please e-mail us on our contact page.
